Terms and Conditions EP369 – Platform Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the EP369 platform at ep369.win, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and EP369 ("Platform", "We", "EP369"). This agreement takes effect from the first date you access our platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to immediately cease using the ep369 platform and close your account if applicable.

Use of the EP369 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all the following conditions to be eligible to register and use ep369's services:

• You are 21 years and above or have reached the minimum age of majority as required by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are using the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any legal restrictions in your jurisdiction that prohibit the use of online gaming platforms.
• You are a real human — not an automated bot, script, or any non-human entity.
• You have never been banned or suspended by EP369 previously for any reason.
• The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

EP369 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or nationality at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at ep369. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.

During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate information including your full name, identification card or passport number, date of birth, an active email address, and a mobile number registered in your own name. False or inaccurate information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensure that no other party accesses your account without your permission.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to the EP369 support team immediately.
• Update your account information whenever there are changes to your personal details.

EP369 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party if you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

EP369 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels encrypted with 256-bit SSL technology.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, however EP369 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding certain thresholds in line with our AML policy. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few seconds to 5 minutes.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. EP369 processes withdrawals within 15 minutes for all supported payment methods. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a verified bank account held in your own name.

EP369 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal deemed suspicious until an investigation is completed. This is a protective measure for all parties and complies with anti-money laundering legal requirements.

EP369 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions for VIP members. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements (rollover requirements) as stated in the terms of each promotion.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and real cash are used separately; real cash is used first.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period; expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• EP369 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through dishonest means or system abuse.
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users.

EP369 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. All EP369 decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and not subject to dispute.

All games offered on the EP369 platform use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been independently certified by audit bodies iTech Labs and eCOGRA. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party.

EP369 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained through:

• Technical errors or system disruptions that produce inaccurate results.

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, EP369 will use server records to determine a fair game outcome. EP369's decision in this matter is final.

To maintain the integrity of the platform and the experience of all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited at ep369:

Violating any of the above conditions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

EP369 protects your account with 256-bit SSL encryption technology and a two-factor authentication (2FA) system. However, the security of your account also depends on your own actions as the account holder.

You are responsible for using a strong password (at least 8 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols), not sharing your login credentials with anyone, logging out of your account when using public devices, and reporting any suspicious activity to the support team immediately.

EP369 will never request your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a message, it is a phishing scam attempt and should be reported to us immediately.

EP369 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting all personal data collected from users. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy detailed EP369.

In summary, EP369 collects your personal data for identity verification, financial transaction processing, legal and regulatory compliance, customer support services, and improving your experience on our platform.

EP369 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data is only shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

EP369 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, a request from a legitimate authority, or failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.

If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation, EP369 will transfer your real cash balance to your registered bank account within 5 business days. Funds tied to bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the EP369 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours and all remaining balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

EP369 provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. EP369 makes every effort to ensure high platform availability, however scheduled maintenance and technical emergencies may occur from time to time.

EP369 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses that may arise from use of the platform, including loss of potential winnings due to technical disruptions beyond our control.

EP369's liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

EP369 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the EP369 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect.
